This week we celebrated Autism Awareness in school. All of our pupils had the opportunity to visit our autism classes and engage in the many sensory and OT activities that we use each day.
The children from the junior classes also participated in an art competition and the senior classes conducted a research project about famous people who are neurodiverse. We also held a non- uniform day, a whole school walk and a school bake sale on Wednesday to raise money for new equipment for our sensory garden.
We would like to thank all of the pupils, parents and staff who supported our fundraiser and who continue to make our school an inclusive environment for all pupils.
